Seniors

Detailed information regarding graduation will be posted on the West Forsyth website and social media pages in late April.

Caps and Gowns:

• To order a cap and gown, go to https://www.3rdascent.com.
• Orders placed after 11/30 will incur an additional charge.
• Cap and gown distribution will be during Wolverine Time/Wellness in April (exact date TBD.)

Senior Yard Signs:

• To order a Senior Yard Sign, go to https://www.3rdascent.com.
• Deadline to order is April 1st.
• Pick up will be with caps and gowns.

Yearbooks:

Regalia:

• Honor tassels are given out by the Counseling Office during the Senior Breakfast/Lunch. The
• Each honor society hands out its own cords or sashes Seniors should speak directly with the sponsor of the club to make sure that they meet all necessary requirements to receive a cord. Some clubs have service hours requirements and such.
• Pathway medallions are also distributed during the Senior Breakfast, but there is a form that the Seniors must complete and turn in to receive the medallions. The forms are usually due around the middle of March. Every year, we have parents ask why their students didn't get their pathway items, and the main reason is because the students don't follow through and submit the paperwork. The Counseling Office sends out many reminders about the Pathway Completion Forms, but not every student turns in the form by the due date.

Graduation Tickets:

• All guests must have a ticket to enter no exceptions.
• The number of tickets is determined by Gas South Arena.
• Graduates will receive their tickets at the Senior Breakfast/Luncheon.
• There is no charge for tickets.

Graduation Parking:

• Graduates will receive one (1) parking pass at the Senior Breakfast/Luncheon.
• The link to pre-pay for parking will be available closer to graduation.
• Guests can pay at the Arena using a debit or credit card. NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED.
• Handicapped parking will be available near the entrance.

Information regarding arrival times, attire, and specific venue information will be posted on the school website by May 1st .
